Service Desk
Varay maintains a Service Desk staffed by our professional and
experienced systems support team. Varay’s Service Desk utilizes
technologies that enable us to provide support remotely or on-site. Remote
support allows us to respond more quickly and often solve any software related
issue without creating unnecessary expense by visiting the client location. We
will make visits to the client location to provide on-site service as required
by the nature of the issue or upon client request. Hardware issues typically
require a support technician to physically visit the client site.
Our Service Desk team offers end-user to administrator escalated support and
maintains a database of detailed records of all support issues in an
industry-standard Service Desk application. Our software allows us to be
proactive in the identification of potential problems, ultimately reducing the
issues encountered by the client.
